People who can walk into a difficult space without needing to change it.
People who understand that sometimes helping means doing—and sometimes helping means simply staying.

Remembrance Photographer
You don't need to have personally experienced pregnancy, infant or child loss.
You don't need to know exactly what to say when you walk into the room.
And you don't need to be unaffected by the work.
You do need to be a capable photographer.
You need to be dependable.
You need to be able to work calmly when circumstances are difficult, take direction, respect boundaries and understand that the people in front of your camera matter infinitely more than the photographs you're creating.
Most importantly, you need to understand the weight of being trusted with moments that cannot be recreated.
Because for a family whose time with their baby or child was far too short, these aren't simply photographs.
They're memories they get to keep.
