Grief Therapy - In Person: Rituals & Continuing Bonds

  • Empty Arms Perinatal Loss Support 262 Avenue B South Unit 206 Saskatoon Canada (map)

Facilitated by Breland Counselling & Consulting

In narrative therapy, grief is not about "moving on" or severing ties, but rather finding new ways of "saying hullo again." As the holidays approach, this session explores how to actively honor and integrate the memory of a baby or child into the present. Participants will discuss how to create meaningful personal rituals that foster "continuing bonds" and redefine what healthy grieving looks like for them.
