Grown-Ups Only Paint Afternoon with Sierra Banwarth

Join us at the Empty Arms office for a cozy afternoon of creativity, connection, and making something with your hands, led by the wonderfully talented Sierra Banwarth.

Grief can be difficult to put into words. Creative activities like painting can give us another way to slow down, express what we're carrying, honour the people we love, or simply give our minds a little space to rest. There is no right way to create and no expectation that your art needs to be about your grief — sometimes the act of creating is enough.

This afternoon is meant to feel easy and welcoming. Come spend some time with others who understand, have a visit, get lost in the process, and leave with something made by you.

No artistic experience is needed — truly. Sierra will guide us through the project, and all materials and supplies are provided.

This event is free and for grown-ups only. Space is limited, so registration is required.
