Shileen Pederson

The support that Empty Arms provides to families is a cause that Shileen has long admired. When the opportunity arose to join as a Board Member, she was honored to be part of such an extraordinary organization. Empty Arms’ mission holds a special place in Shileen’s heart, and she is committed to helping families navigate the challenges of pregnancy and infant loss with compassion and care.

Shileen holds extensive leadership experience in benefits and program leadership and currently serves as Director of Benefits with the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
