Holding It All: Parenting Through Loss Peer Support Group

  • 206-262 Avenue B South Saskatoon, SK Canada (map)

Holding It All: Parenting Through Loss is a support group through Empty Arms for parents and caregivers navigating life after pregnancy, infant, or child loss while raising their children.

Parenting after loss is complex. It can hold deep love, ongoing grief, moments of joy, and moments of overwhelm — often all at once. This group exists to honour that full reality. Whether you are raising children born after your loss, parenting children who were already in your life, or both, you are welcome here.

In this space, we acknowledge all of your children — the ones you carry in your arms and the ones you carry in your heart. There is no expectation to “move on” or separate your grief from your parenting. Instead, we make room for both.

Through connection, shared experience, and gentle conversation, this group offers a place to feel understood, supported, and less alone as you navigate the ongoing journey of parenting through loss.
